Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Program Technician to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team. The technician will work directly with children or individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental conditions. Services will be provided both in the clients' homes and at our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, behavior support, and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client homes and/or attend in-office sessions as scheduled.
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based techniques.
  • Follow behavior intervention plans and teaching protocols as developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect accurate and detailed data on client behavior and skill acquisition during each session.
  • Collaborate with parents/guardians and clinical team to support consistency in behavior support strategies.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to maintain competency and professional development.
  • Ensure safety and promote a positive therapeutic environment.
  • Document session notes and submit data logs in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to client homes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Must pass background checks and any licensing/certification requirements (e.g., CPR/First Aid, RBT preferred but not required).

Work Environment:

  • Work takes place in both home environments and clinical settings.
  • Position may involve physical activity including bending, lifting, and playing with children.
  • Flexible hours; part-time and full-time schedules available.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
  • Training and supervision provided.
