What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee all aspects of project conduct from start-up through close-out
- Manage project activities per the scope of work and within the contracted budget
- Develop plans and processes to achieve contracted milestones and monitor project progress
- Serve as the primary contact with sponsors and coordinate all project meetings
- Maintain project documentation to ensure it is "audit ready"
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous managerial or relevant experience required
- Very good written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently assess issues and mitigate risk using critical judgment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in clinical project management
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (i.e., Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Solution-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel (10% as required)
