Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and offering local information.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest profiles, and handle billing transactions with precision.
- Support guest relations by ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging arrivals and departures, processing payments, and managing guest complaints professionally.
- Uphold hotel management standards by adhering to phone etiquette, security protocols, and hospitality best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk technology systems, multi-line phone systems, and reservation software is desirable.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles, guest services, and hotel operations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
- A background in hospitality or hotel experience demonstrates your commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
