We are a locally owned, family-run automotive repair and tire dealer looking for an outgoing, dependable individual to join our team. If you have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we will provide the training.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent, friendly service
• Answer phones, texts, emails and schedule appointments
• Create work orders that clearly outline customer requests and concerns
• Serve as the communication bridge between the technicians and customers
• Learn the basics of automotive repair and tire sales
• Work closely with a small, supportive team
• Help manage the daily schedule

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing personality with strong people skills
• Background in restaurants, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn the automotive and tire industry and ability quickly adapt to evolving technologies
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing
