Operations & Logistics

• Oversee daily order fulfillment and shipping workflows
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient, safe, and organized operations
• Manage inbound/outbound freight, LTL shipments, and vendor relationships
• Implement and refine processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

Quality & Documentation

• Assist with product quality checks and packaging standards
• Help maintain warehouse SOPs and safety procedures
• Support leadership by identifying recurring operational issues and recommending improvements

What You Bring

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with inventory systems or basic digital tools
• Bonus: interest in outdoor or waterfowl industries
