POSITION SUMMARY:

Seeking a servant-leader Scrum Master who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments. You'll be responsible for coaching high-performing teams, facilitating key Agile ceremonies, and removing roadblocks to accelerate delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about team health, continuous improvement, and helping organizations build better software, faster.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, or Certified Scrum Master Certification
• Experience in Telecommunications field preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Jira)
• Ability to analyze and interpret Agile metrics

• Basic knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and software delivery processes

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, etc.)
• Remove obstacles and shield the development team from distractions
• Coach developers and business unit leaders on Agile software development principles and Scrum framework
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
• Track team performance using velocity, burn-down charts, and other Agile metrics
• Interface with internal change management teams to ensure successful software releases and messaging
• Switch context effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Promote self-organization and cross-functionality
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics
• Collaborate with leadership and teams to improve Agile practices at scale
• Other related duties as assigned
