Fabricator/Welder

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires a strong understanding of various welding techniques and the ability to work with different materials, ensuring high-quality standards are met in all projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools, machinery, and welding equipment to fabricate metal components.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
• Conduct pipe threading and machining as required for specific projects.
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely to transport materials within the work area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet required specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with rigging techniques and safe lifting practices.
• Knowledge of machining processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
