Cleaning Crew Member

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
• Sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Dispose of trash and replace liners in bins throughout the facility
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
• Work efficiently within assigned timeframes to complete daily cleaning schedules

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
