If you enjoy helping others and want to make a real impact in the lives of seniors, then this is the position for you. Job responsibilities include assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled; performing housekeeping duties; observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition; assisting with meals as directed; and passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.
Shifts:
- 6a – 2:30p, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
- 2p - 10:30p, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
- 10p – 6:30a, full-time, including every other weekend.
- Resident Assistant $20 - $22
- CNA $22 - $24
- Tuition reimbursement is available for post-secondary nursing degree programs.

While previous experience is welcome for this entry level position, it isn't required as we are willing to train you to be a successful member of our team
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
