ROLE SUMMARY

The Finance Manager and Title Clerk is an experienced role that handles all finance operations, title processing, bonded titles, backend product presentation, and compliance for Revolution Powersports. We typically process around forty titles each month, so we are looking for someone who is confident, accurate, organized, and comfortable keeping things moving quickly. You should enjoy working in a laid back environment while still holding yourself to a high level of accountability.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

FUNDING AND FINANCE OPERATIONS

Prepare and submit all finance deals accurately from start to finish

Build and maintain great relationships with our lenders

Verify income, identity, insurance, and all stipulations needed for approvals

Structure clean, compliant deals with confidence

Run clean CIT with correct documentation and disclosures

Present backend products in a friendly, straightforward way and handle objections professionally

Track funding daily and communicate any delays

Keep deal jackets organized with zero missing documents

TITLE AND REGISTRATION

Process titles, registrations, and MSOs quickly and accurately

Handle lost titles, bonded titles, abandoned titles, and all necessary corrections

Complete affidavits, valuations, inspections, and bonded paperwork as needed

Verify ownership documents, lien information, and payoff accuracy

Keep title logs updated and easy to follow

Submit payoffs and track lien releases

Communicate with customers clearly about title status and anything they still need to provide

COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

Follow all state and federal regulations including OFAC, privacy standards, and required disclosures

Audit deals for accuracy and compliance

Keep all forms and templates updated

Protect customer information with careful document handling

Catch and fix compliance gaps proactively

Help the sales team understand what paperwork is required

BONDED TITLE SPECIALTY WORK

Manage bonded title cases from start to finish

Complete research, value checks, affidavits, bonds, inspections, and final submissions

Track timelines and keep leadership informed

Ensure all requirements are met so nothing gets returned

REPORTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Provide daily updates on funding, titles, and bonded work

Keep logs clear and organized for titles, stips, CIT, payoffs, and funding

Follow deals through until they are fully funded, titled, and closed out

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Help Sales structure clean, complete deals

Support Accounting with funding updates and reconciliations

Assist Transport with delivery paperwork, insurance needs, temp tags, and payoffs

Work with Service on payoff units, inspections, and lien releases

EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS

Very organized with a clean desk and clean workspace

Paperwork kept neat, structured, and easy to audit

Confident with deal approvals, CIT, and lender communication

Able to present backend products comfortably and handle objections with ease

Accurate title and bonded work with no returns

No missing documents in any deal

Fast funding with clear communication

Friendly, easygoing personality with strong personal accountability

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Dealership finance and title experience required

Experience with bonded titles, lost titles, and complex title cases

Comfortable presenting and selling backend products

Strong organizational skills and workspace cleanliness

Able to handle pressure and manage high volume accurately

Strong understanding of lender portals, approvals, stips, and compliance

Dependable, detail oriented, and great with people

Pay: $40, $100,000.00 per year
