We're urgently seeking a highly experienced
#Global #EventManager
to join a leading EdTech organization of
3,000+ employees
, operating across
USA , Europe , Singapore
, and beyond. This is a
remote
position with
global travel 50%–70%
.

This is a
high-impact , high-visibility
role where you will work closely with the
CMO
(Located in Eastern USA) and the Marketing team, engaging with top
C-level executives
and leading the planning and execution of high-profile
global events
– both in-person and virtual .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of
  50–60 global events annually
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including
  C-level executives
  , to deliver events aligned with company goals
• Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics for large-scale events across multiple regions
• Ensure seamless
  virtual event experiences
  with cutting-edge technology and engagement strategies
• Drive innovation in event formats, content, and experiences to enhance brand presence and impact
• Travel extensively (50%–70%) to oversee global events and on-site execution

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:
  8–10+ years in event management, preferably in
  global/high-profile settings
• Proven ability to independently manage a large volume of events annually
• Working Hours:
  Align with USA EST
• Language:
  Fluency in English is mandatory
• Comfortable with extensive global travel
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
