Dental Assistant

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and patient-centered Dental Assistant who wants to be part of something meaningful. Someone who enjoys advanced procedures, new technology, and being part of a relaxed, fun, high-standards culture.

You will work directly with Dr. Mersh, assisting in General Dentistry, implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign/SureSmile, digital workflows, photography, and smile makeover experiences.

What You'll Do

• Chairside assisting for implant surgery, biomimetic dentistry, cosmetic veneers, and general dentistry
• Digital workflows (CBCT, intraoral scanning, photography)
• Surgical setup + breakdown (sterile technique)
• Lab coordination for cosmetic/implant cases
• Post-op follow-up + patient care
• Ordering + inventory management
• Building a spa-like patient experience

(amenities, comfort items, hospitality touches)

• Occasional support at front desk when needed

Qualifications

• Florida Dental Assistant certification
• Radiology certified
• Experience with implants/surgery is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Kind communicator, calm under pressure, solution-oriented
• Loves learning + growth
• Comfortable with technology

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with CBCT
• Trios scanning
• Photography for cosmetic cases
• Experience with SureSmile or Invisalign
• Implant/surgical assisting experience
