What You Will Do
Build & Innovate
Working together with our Chief Learning Officer, you will design, implement, and maintain knowledge management strategies and systems to support litigation. You will identify, deploy, and optimize technology, including artificial intelligence-based solutions, document automation, and data analytics to assess training needs and the effectiveness of training programs. You will recommend content and processes for improvements on training to stay ahead of the curve. You will leverage cutting-edge resources and ensure our training materials reflect both best practices and emerging trends.

Collaborate & Connect
You will partner with Attorney Managers to assess knowledge gaps and drive communication and training on available resources that foster trial readiness goals and client service objectives. Critical to your role will be curating knowledge and best practices from attorneys to add to existing knowledge base content. In close collaboration with other members of our Mentorship and Professional Development department, you will serve as a bridge, ensuring seamless knowledge
