As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to support our talent acquisition needs. This position is ideal for an individual who is experienced in sourcing and screening candidates and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization.
• Post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Source and screen qualified applicants; review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and preparing interview materials.
• Gather and document interview feedback; maintain accurate and compliant candidate records.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Draft job descriptions and interview questions; assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Communicate with candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and improve recruiting processes.
• Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of direct recruiting experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ATS systems and job boards preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to proactively source candidates and take initiative in the recruitment process.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
