Swift Air Mechanical specializes in Commercial and Residential HVAC Services and is located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company requirements, and specifications.
• Continue to learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients.
• Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Attend training sessions and obtain the required safety training.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years commercial new construction field experience and preferred completion of formal HVAC training from vocational school
• Former experience assisting with installations and ductwork on commercial projects
• OSHA 10 safety training or willingness to obtain within onboarding
• Understanding of installation codes, and initial stages in understanding and reading prints
• Strong interest in further coaching and mentoring from experienced HVAC Technicians
• Strong attendance and capable of fulfilling 40-hour work week with occasional ability to work weekends
• The physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand and power tools
• Desire to maintain and promote company moral, professionalism, and friendly work environment
• Work with accuracy and sense of urgency
• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
