What You'll Do as a Sales Associate:

• Welcome with a Smile: Be the first friendly face customers see, creating an inviting and inclusive environment from the moment they walk through our doors at our Roseville and Folsom storefronts.
• Be the Product Guru: Master our product line, from fabulous fashion finds to cozy home décor, so you can help customers discover their next must-have treasure.
• Listen and Recommend: Practice active listening to understand each customer's unique needs, making personalized recommendations that spark joy and style confidence.
• Foster Relationships: Build meaningful connections with customers and ensure their Terra Cottage experience is one they'll rave about to friends.
• Style and Inspire: Share your styling expertise by helping customers create outfits and décor setups they'll adore.
• Team Spirit: Work closely with our fun and supportive team to keep the shop running smoothly and looking its best.

What We're Looking For:

• A people-person with a natural talent for active listening and making others feel valued.
• A lover of fashion and décor who's excited to dive into our product line and share that knowledge with others.
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.
• Sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are non-negotiable.
• Availability to work some weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed at both our Roseville and Folsom locations.
