About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Support Engineer – Full Stack
with strong expertise in
.NET / C#
,
React or Angular
, and
Microsoft Azure
to support, enhance, and optimize cloud-based, data-driven applications. This role blends hands-on development with
production support and managerial stakeholder communication
, working closely with engineering leaders, business teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for cloud-based applications built using .NET Core and React or Angular
  • Design, enhance, and maintain application components using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps, and Blob Storage
  • Support and optimize ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation
  • Perform production issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution
  • Communicate effectively with managers, product owners, and business stakeholders regarding incidents, fixes, and improvements
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment support
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development and application support
  • Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core (C#)
  • Experience with React or Angular
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage, and Web Apps
  • Proven experience supporting ETL workflows (Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or similar tools)
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent managerial, client-facing, and cross-team communication skills
  • Experience in production support / incident management environments

Nice to Have / Added Advantage

  • Experience with Redpoint (Redpoint Data Management / Redpoint Global)
  • Exposure to Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or APIM
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of data integration and data modeling best practices
