Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential electrical work. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in installations, repairs, and maintenance, and must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

*Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and residential projects.

*Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.

*Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.

*Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

*Install and maintain lighting systems, panels, wiring, outlets, and other electrical components.

*Collaborate with contractors, builders, and team members to complete projects on time.

*Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on-site.

Qualifications

*Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an electrician.

*Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential electrical systems.

*Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

*Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

*Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

*Valid electrician's license/certification (if required by state).

*Must have own vehicle and basic hand tools.

*Experience with energy-efficient and smart home systems.

*Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
