Caregiver- Part Time Denver

SHIFT TIMES IN DENVER:

Sunday through Saturday 8am-12pm

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Colorado. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized support and assistance. Your contributions will directly align with our mission of delivering heartfelt care to families in need.
Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document client health status and report any changes.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility needs.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in caregiving preferred.

• Proven experience in home care or similar caregiving roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient monitoring techniques.
• Ability to assist with mobility aids (e.g., Hoyer lift) and perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.
• Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
