Millwork Project Manager

Schlaegle Design Build Project Managers are the orchestrators of excellence. You'll oversee

millwork projects from kickoff to close-out, ensuring every detail reflects the Schlaegle reputation: precision, craftsmanship, and unwavering integrity.

This is not a paperwork role—it's a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced

environments, understands fabrication and installation sequencing, and keeps clients feeling

supported from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, and execution.
• Serve as the central communication hub between clients, architects, engineering, fabrication, and installers.
• Conduct site walks, create field reports, and ensure all measurements and conditions are captured accurately.
• Oversee production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify challenges early and solve them proactively—with calm confidence.
• Ensure installation meets design intent and Schlaegle's elite quality standards.
