Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Wall Lake, IA for the 2p-10p shift. The CNA will provide essential care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. The CNA will play a vital role in ensuring residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being through compassionate and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Patient Care Skills, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
• Basic knowledge of vital signs monitoring, health observation, and general health safety
• Communication and interpersonal skills for compassionate care and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle responsibilities effectively
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Must have a current CNA certification and be in good standing
• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting is a plus
