Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking compassionate, skilled
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
to join our in-house therapy team. In this role, you'll help patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives by providing client-centered, holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Support patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance functional and cognitive abilities.
  • Track and report patient progress accurately.
  • Educate patients and families on home programs and techniques for daily living success.
  • Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Stay current with best practices and evolving OT techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant License (required).
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ADLs, anatomy, and medical terminology.
  • Passion for helping others achieve greater independence and quality of life.
