Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect, Post-Sales, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering single and multi-vendor networking solutions. You will have the opportunity to work within an industry-leading professional services team to understand our clients' needs and deploy the IT systems to meet those business outcomes.

*YOUR IMPACT *
A Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for implementing network IT solutions including installation, upgrades and reconfigurations to our client's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), datacenters and cloud infrastructures.

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Provide deployment and implementation services of multi-vendor solutions
  • Act as the primary technical lead for projects involving several engineering teams, overseeing planning, workload distribution, technical decision-making, and successful project outcomes
  • Provide expertise in assessment of customer environments and make recommendations for functionality, capacity, performance, and resilience
  • Provide written documentation including configurations, procedures and high-level and low-level network design diagrams (HLD/LLD)
  • Be an escalation point for teammates and help manage project issues
  • Stay current with vendor offerings and technology
  • Serve the customer to ePlus' standards
  • Be available as a resource to pre-sales to guide and validate jobs

*QUALIFICATIONS *

  • Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to engineering teams
  • Proven experience leading large-scale network modernization or migration projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executives and stakeholders
  • Strong vendor management and ability to lead technical discussions with partners and customers.
  • Ability to mentor engineers, teach best practices, and guide architectural decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead troubleshooting efforts during high-severity incidents

*POSITION SPECIFICS *
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $190,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
