Job Title: CNC Router Operator / Fabricator/ Channel Bending Machine/Welding

Job Type: Full-Time (Starting Pay: Depending on experience is $16.00-$18.00/per hr) Must have some experience on the routing Operations.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and programming a CNC routing table, with a strong understanding of how to optimize workflow and produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities: (Router Table)

• CNC Operation: Operate and maintain a Multi-Cam APEX 3R CNC routing table to cut, shape, and route various materials, including (e.g., wood, MDF, plastics, aluminum, composites).
• Program & Setup:
• Set up and calibrate the machine for each job, including selecting and installing the correct tooling (bits, cutters, etc.).
• Load and secure material onto the machine bed using vacuum or clamps.
• Import, edit, and adjust G-code programs to ensure accurate and efficient cutting.
• Quality Control:
• Perform in-process and final inspections of all routed parts to ensure they meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine and program errors, making necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the CNC router, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Material Management:
• Manage and track material usage to minimize waste.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Safety: Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Skills and Qualifications: (Router table)

• Experience: Proven experience operating a CNC routing table. Direct, hands-on experience with the Multi-Cam APEX 3R is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of G-code and machine control software.
• Knowledge of various tooling types and their applications for different materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues with the machine or programs.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise cuts and high-quality finished products.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and perform manual labor.
• Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-Starter: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills: Welding

Other Tasks: General sign fabrication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification in CNC operation or a related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., EnRoute, Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Experience with other shop equipment (e.g., saws, sanders, drills).

Required Skills and Qualifications: (Channel Bending machine-We will train you on this, the machine pretty much runs itself once the material is loaded)
