FT Crew Supervisor Hibbing

Performs energy conservation measures, reviews jobs and supervises work crew performance in weatherization techniques and procedures. Ensure safe work practices.

High school graduate or equivalent. Experience with insulation application and techniques. Supervisory experience preferred. Basic carpentry skills and working from project specifications needed. Experience with a variety of construction power tools. Regularly lifts 50 lbs., and occasionally more. Regularly climbs ladders and enter crawl spaces.

Needed Attributes: Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of clients without direct supervision. Must have concern for quality work.

Two FT Crew Supervisor positions are open in Hibbing; Monday through Thursday. Starting wage: $23.52/hr. • Performs weatherization, energy conservation, and construction labor tasks.
• Estimates labor and material needs.
• Works from specifications and plans.
• Coordinates work on homes according to Federal, state and other rules and regulations.
• Supervises, trains and evaluates crew labor.
• Maintains effective communication with clients on job progression.
• Ensures maintenance of tools, equipment and vehicles.
• Inventories and accounts for all material withdrawals and returns.
• Completes household and job reports as required.
• Ensures safe work environment and practices.
