Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with hands-on experience in performing oil changes, tire services, and vehicle alignments. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently with both hand and power tools. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance services
• Conduct tire services including rotation
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Diagnose automotive issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs
• Assist in sales of automotive services and products as needed
• Support team members in heavy lifting tasks when required

Experience

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics is essential
• Mechanic experience with a focus on vehicle maintenance is highly valued
• Familiarity with automotive service techniques and procedures is beneficial
• Proven ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Customer service experience is a plus to enhance client interactions
