Marketing Assistant

Michelle Farmer is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. We specialize in manufacturing exquisite luxury womenswear garments made in the USA in our West Palm Beach Atelier. Michelle Farmer has boutiques located in Palm Beach, Southampton NY and Boca Raton. Our brand embodies sophistication, craftsmanship, and integrity.

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support the daily marketing activities of our Luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the fashion, luxury retail, or design industry; is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively; and brings strong communication and writing skills. This role requires someone who is highly organized, able to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning & executing photoshoots for e-commerce, lookbooks, campaigns, and social media content
• Assist with Content Planning and calendar for posts on Social Media
• Capture and Edit Content for Social Media (images and videos)
• Photo Editing and Graphic Design for posts and invites
• E-commerce and Website assisting with Shopify uploads and updates

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related creative field (or strong internship background).
• Experience assisting with photoshoots, events, or fashion-related projects is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Shopify
• Strong photo and video editing ability
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc).
