Muniz-Pareo Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative with a Property & Casualty license to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and reaching goals, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

• Provide customized insurance quotes and coverage solutions
• Convert leads into long-term clients
• Build strong client relationships
• Explain product benefits clearly and confidently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

• P&C License required
• Sales or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-driven
