We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts for Field Service Technicians, while also building and managing a high-impact internship program for IT professionals.
This role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruiting. You'll partner with field operations, IT leadership, and HR to attract experienced technical talent and develop early-career pipelines that support long-term organizational growth.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical Field Service Technician roles, including data, hardware, and on-site technical support.
Partner with IT leadership and field operations managers to understand technical skill requirements, certifications, geographic needs, and workforce demand
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hands-on field technicians
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill technical roles
Use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and time-to-fill
Field Service Technician Recruiting
Recruit Field Service Technicians across multiple locations, skill levels, and specialties
Source candidates with experience in troubleshooting, installations, maintenance, and customer-facing technical support
Partner with operations leaders to align hiring with service coverage, growth, and seasonal demand
Support onboarding processes to ensure new technicians are set up for success in the field
Internship Program Development (IT Focus)
Design, launch, and manage an IT Internship program aligned with organizational technology needs
Establish partnerships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and training programs
Create internship structures, learning objectives, mentorship opportunities, and project-based experiences
Collaborate with IT managers to define meaningful work and career pathways for interns
Track program success and convert high-performing internes into full-time hires
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Strengthen employer branding for both IT professionals and Field Service Technicians
Ensure and inclusive, positive, and consistent candidate experience across all hiring channels
Support diversity and early-career initiatives within technical recruiting
Leadership & Process Improvement
Manage recruiting tools, vendors, and agency relationships
Train hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and hiring best practices
Continuously refine recruiting strategies, internship outcomes, and hiring processes
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED: 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting for technical and field-based roles
Proven experience recruiting professionals and field service technicians
Experience building or managing internship or early-career programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
PREFERRED:
Experience supporting geographically distributed or high-volume field hirign
Knowledge of certifications, technical skill frameworks, or trade qualifications
Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and workforce planning tools
Passion for building sustainable technical talent piplines
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Team Member is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50+ pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional in person office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.
This is a full-time position.  Core days/hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Occasional overtime required.
