Lead audit engagements from planning to completion for a variety of industries, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Supervise, mentor, and train audit staff and seniors—fostering professional growth and accountability.
Maintain strong client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and insight.
Review financial statements and related deliverables with a keen eye for accuracy and value.
Stay current on accounting and auditing standards, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the firm's continued success.
CPA license required.
5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting (including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role).
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and collaborative mindset—someone who leads by example and enjoys mentoring others.
