Turnkey Interiors LLC (TKI), a woman-led, Utah based company, specializing in the installation of doors, trim and hardware for commercial projects is looking for a driven Project Manager & Estimator Assistant to join their growing organization. This position is a crucial blend of proactive project coordination and vital estimating support. You'll clarify project scopes and product details with the Estimating Team while communicating installation deadlines to the 40+ superintendents and subcontractors, visiting sites (10-20% of your time) to ensure project expectations are met, making sure you have everything needed to drive projects from contract to completion with safety and quality in mind. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in the construction industry, detailed oriented, innovative, approachable, organized and open to feedback.

The Roles & Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating all aspects of a project from time of contract through to completion
- Participating and implementing process improvement in all aspects of project management
- Communicating project installation expectations, deadlines and customer needs between all key stakeholders (40+ superintendents, installers, in-house crews, subcontractors and other key team members)
- Performing all tasks related to managing material expenses, labor hours and efficiencies to increase productivity and profitability throughout all stages of project management
- Participating in all company safety initiatives
- Assisting and performing a variety of administrative tasks related to providing accurate cost estimates to include but not limited to clarifying the scope, products, schedule, costs, risks and any other aspects of each project.
The Skillsets & Qualifications for this job include:
- 5+ years' experience working in the Construction Industry
- 2 + years' Project Management Experience
- 2+ years' Estimating Experience
- 2+ years' negotiating; shrewd negotiation skills
- Knowledge of carpentry, door installation, hardware, trim and related areas of construction a plus
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean Construction practices
- High level problem solving skills
- Experience working closely with subcontractors, superintendents and other key stakeholders on large projects
- Proven experience reviewing plans and specifications in detail (Fluent in reading construction plans)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs
- Expert in Excel Spreadsheets
- Expert in following up with multiple resources of information and collaborators
- Experience w/quality control and cost control policies and procedures
- Familiarity of a variety of construction project licenses, liens, pre-qualification and other types of project management paperwork
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience adhering to safety procedures and practices; familiarity with PPE
- Willingness to travel from site to site to communicate with Installation team and other stakeholders
- Valid Driver's License, adequate transportation for construction sites, and Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
- Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus

Schedule:
- Full-time Monday thru Friday; 40-50 hours/week depending on workload
- 10-20% of time spent visiting jobsites interacting with superintendents
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $ 55,000 to $ 65,000+ (DOE) with proven track record
