Job Description:

Primary Role:
Manage production crews and projects in accordance with Recovery Solution's procedures. Assign and coordinate tasks with crews, ensuring department manager is kept informed of production progress. Quickly resolve any arising issues and perform production work when necessary. Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Results Expected:

• Efficiently manage crews to optimize production.
• Ensure production processes adhere to guidelines.
• Timely and accurate completion of documentation.
• Maintain production costs as per established rates.
• Facilitate timely and effective internal and external communications.
• Complete jobs meeting or surpassing customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee Recovery Solution's processes to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Foster relationships with customers, agents and adjusters.
• Handle job file documentation, profitability, and with efficiency.
• Create or review job scopes for accuracy and clarity.
• Review job site documentation to support services provided and ensure adherence to client requirements and billing procedures.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software preferred.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Required IICRC certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Capability to work at ceiling heights, climb ladders, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods.
• Comfort working with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
• Successful completion of background check per applicable law.
