About Triskele
Triskele is a multidisciplinary organization integrating rehabilitation, performance, and technology. We work with a diverse population and recognize that every individual comes to us with unique experiences, abilities, and aspirations. Our approach centers on understanding and trust, meeting each client where they are at, and empowering them with a path forward.
At Triskele, we develop personalized plans that align with each client's goals while prioritizing evidence-based practice. Role Description
We are hiring a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to deliver strength and conditioning services within our multidisciplinary model. - Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.
Collaboration in a Clinical Environment
- Partner with physical therapists, dietitians, mental performance consultants, and other providers to support client care.
- Coordinate handoffs and align programming with care plans (within scope of practice).
- Communicate clearly through documentation, quick touchpoints, and case huddles as needed.
Documentation & Outcomes

- Track outcomes and adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
- Support a safe, welcoming training environment and contribute to clinic operations.
