What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Register new patients in the computer system by obtaining necessary demographics and insurance information
• Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Confirm and update patient information from prior visits as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is helpful
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a call center environment
• Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems and typing skills
