Experienced Laundry Attendant

*Job Overview*

We are seeking an experienced dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and garments are wash & folded based on customer's preferences and maintained to the highest standards of quality. This role is essential in providing exceptional service in the business contributing to guest satisfaction through cleanliness and attention to detail.

*Duties*

• provide extraordinary customer service.

• manage point of sale to receive and return orders to customers .

• Operate washing machines and dryers to clean linens and garments effectively.

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures.

• Inspect items for stains or damage and take appropriate action to address any issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and garments.

*Experience*

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with laundry equipment operation, including washing machines and dryers.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
