Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to uphold high standards of hygiene
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust or debris
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance issues

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in residential or hotel settings
• Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is highly desirable
• Familiarity with floor care methods such as mopping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Previous work involving laundry services or housekeeper management will be considered an asset
