We are excited to announce a new layer of Part-Time Floater DSP positions in our Lorain County homes. These roles are designed to provide flexible support to adults with developmental disabilities who live in the community.

Location: Our Lorain County, OH Supportive Living Homes

We are seeking a dynamic and caring Part-Time Floaters for our Direct Support Professional team. In this vital role, you will provide flexible support across various supportive living community home settings, ensuring the safety, well-being, and independence of those we serve. Your energetic approach will help create a positive atmosphere where adult individuals, with developmental disabilities, autism, or other needs who live in the community will receive personalized care that promotes their quality of life while living in the community.

• Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community integration.
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect in every interaction.
• Work across multiple homes in Lorain County, providing coverage where needed.
• Engage residents in social activities, recreational outings, and community integration efforts to promote socialization and independence
• Follow program plans while providing compassionate person-centered support.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to perform CPR and first aid and medication administration correctly and confidently; certification courses offered by company.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, families, and residents' support networks in a positive and professional manner.
