Job Description

We are seeking a
Strong Lead Business Analyst
with deep expertise in
Lead Management, Lead-to-Pipeline processes,
and hands-on experience with modern sales/marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving requirements, process mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the client's Lead lifecycle and pipeline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end
  Lead-to-Pipeline
  business process improvements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Perform detailed
  process mapping
  , gap analysis, and recommend best practices.
• Support configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of lead management tools.
• Ensure the smooth integration and usage of LeadData, Groove, Copilot, Regie, and Qualified.
• Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and training sessions for stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, RevOps, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Lead BA
  experience (5–8+ years preferred).
• Deep familiarity with
  Lead processes and Lead-to-Pipeline domains
  .
• Hands-on experience with:
• LeadData
  )
• Groove
• Microsoft Copilot
• Qualified
  chat tool)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead discussions with business teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Location Preference:
  Local to Pleasanton, CA.
• Remote Option:
  Acceptable if candidate can travel to Pleasanton for
  1 week at kickoff
