The Contracts Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the organization by managing the full lifecycle of contracts—from initial drafting and negotiation through execution, compliance, and closeout. This position ensures that all contractual obligations are met, risks are minimized, and documentation is accurate and accessible. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Core Responsibilities
Contract Development & Management
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documents.
- Negotiate terms to ensure alignment with company objectives and risk tolerance.
- Monitor contract performance, obligations, and deadlines to ensure full compliance.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Establish and maintain well-organized digital and physical contract files.
- Track all correspondence, changes, and supporting documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate version control and audit-ready files.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a key liaison between legal, procurement, project teams, finance, and external vendors or customers.
- Communicate contract terms, requirements, and changes clearly to all stakeholders.
- Support internal teams by providing guidance on contract status, risks, and obligations.
General Support
- Assist with process improvements, template updates, and contract-related systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.

Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred - Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal support, or a similar role - Experience supporting construction, engineering, or energy-related projects is a plus
