Pay: $28.67/hour

Responsibilities:

Your Role:

As a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic, you will support production by maintaining production and process support equipment and performing preventative maintenance as needed.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen

• Understand and following LTV procedures for all equipment.
• Must understand the function of all production and process support equipment.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Document PM Tasks and work performed.
• Clean and replace parts during the PM process.
• Identify defective and worn parts for replacement.
• Maintain the Process Support equipment for the Plant.
• Work with other Mechanics on repairs requiring more than one associate as directed by Team Leader.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed on a daily basis
• Responsible for Housekeeping in your work area and the maintenance shop.
• Document Parts used and Request Parts needed.
• Perform Project tasks and other duties as requested.
• Work with little supervision and direction.

Requirements:

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to learn equipment functions and repairs.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical parts and usage.

• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting.
