Quality Wireless LLC, A Total Wireless by Verizon authorized agent, has immediate openings for Wireless Retail Sales Associates. As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Quality Wireless LLC, you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Total Wireless by Verizon Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, be driven by goals and accomplishments, and be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Quality Wireless LLC will be responsible for:

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Total by Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers' needs.
• Assist the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required training as directed by Quality Wireless LLC and Total Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Quality Wireless LLC is looking for candidates with:

• 1 year or more of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with a Pre-Paid Wireless business or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations in Chicago as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish may be required based on location.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Must be willing to partake in a background check.
