Dispatcher (Evening / Weekend) – MUST Have Dispatcher Experience

All American Limousine, a Chicago-based luxury transportation company with 35+ years of service, is hiring an experienced Dispatcher for evening and weekend shifts. This position is not entry-level. Applicants must have prior dispatch experience in transportation, limo, taxi, logistics, or similar operations.

Position Overview

As a Dispatcher, you will manage real-time transportation logistics, direct chauffeurs, make quick ride adjustments, and ensure smooth service during high-pressure situations. You will be the central point of communication between drivers, clients, and management.

REQUIRED Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven dispatcher experience in transportation or logistics
• Strong knowledge of Chicago and surrounding suburbs
• Major streets, highways, landmarks, airports, and venues
• Ability to reroute drivers and make ride switches in tight situations
• Ability to multitask and make fast, accurate decisions
• Clear, professional phone and radio communication skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
• Basic computer skills (email, dispatch software, data entry)
• Experience with Limo Anywhere or similar software is a plus
