Cold Chain Delivery Driver

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time trial → Full-time possible)

Compensation:

• Base pay: $2,000/month
• Performance bonus based on orders completed, route efficiency, on-time delivery, and customer service
• Strong performers typically earn $4,000–$5,000+/month (base + bonus)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing cold-chain food logistics and central kitchen team serving Greater Boston. We deliver premium fresh seafood, produce, and prepared foods through both B2B and B2C orders. We are building a professional local fleet and looking for reliable drivers who want to grow with us long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver temperature-sensitive food products using cold-chain procedures
• Load/unload totes and boxes safely (hand truck and equipment provided)
• Follow assigned local routes and meet delivery time windows
• Maintain basic delivery records (temperature checks, delivery confirmation)
• Keep vehicle clean and report any issues promptly
• Work closely with warehouse/central kitchen team for smooth dispatch

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, responsible; strong communication skills
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting/moving boxes as needed)
• Delivery experience (food/grocery/parcel) is a plus
• Cold-chain, refrigerated vehicle, or CDL experience is a plus (not required)

Schedule:

• Typically morning/daytime routes; schedule driven by daily orders
• Weekends may be required during peak periods
