Senior Operations Technician

We're working with a fast-moving aerospace engineering company in the Bay Area that's expanding its test and manufacturing capability. They're looking for a Senior Test Operations Technician who wants to be on the floor, close to the hardware, helping turn ambitious designs into proven systems.

The Opportunity

• This is a highly hands-on role supporting the build, setup, and execution of complex mechanical and pneumatic test systems. You'll work directly with engineers during assembly, checkout, and testing, playing a critical role in getting hardware ready, running clean tests, and capturing high-quality data. What You'll Bring

• Strong mechanical assembly skills and confidence working with shop tools
• Experience with pneumatic systems and pressurized environments
• Ability to read drawings, follow procedures, and execute with precision
• A proactive, safety-focused mindset in dynamic test environments
• Additional experience with machining, soldering, or test instrumentation is a plus.
