Armed Security Officer

We are seeking a professional and dependable Armed Security Officer for a convenience store in Madison, TN. This position is ideal for retired military or law enforcement personnel seeking a steady, low-stress role in a stable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers
• Monitor premises during operating hours
• Provide a visible and consistent security presence
• Intervene or de-escalate situations when necessary
• Follow daily safety and security procedures

Schedule:

• 7 days per week
• 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (full-time coverage required)

Compensation:

• $500 per week
• Paid weekly in cash
• No benefits provided

Work Environment:

• Low-traffic retail setting
• Incidents are rare
• Routine and consistent daily duties

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess all required Tennessee licenses, permits, and certifications to work as armed security personnel
• Must be legally authorized to carry a firearm on duty in Tennessee
• Must carry own firearm and necessary gear
• Retired military or law enforcement background strongly preferred
• Serious and experienced candidates only
• Reliability, professionalism, and consistency are essential
