Role Description
The Sales Associate displays a passion for prospecting, closing sales, and growing businesses. He / She will be responsible for the entire sales process from origination to closing. The Sales Associate will be accountable to the CEO / CRO with dotted-line reporting to the VP of Sales. This role is a unique opportunity to develop into a leadership position for individuals demonstrating both skill and drive.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and hands-on mentality; thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to build credibility and trust with executive-level clients and internal stakeholders
- Extremely motivated to learn and outperform
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
- Experience in equipment financing is a plus
- Must have experience in sales
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Pipeline Development and Management:
Consistently generate and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality deal flow that fits Kalon's credit box and target industries.
Qualify prospects, structure terms, and guide opportunities through the approval and closing processes.

Sales Execution and Revenue Growth:
Lead the closing of profitable transactions to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing partners and clients.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Conduct regular (monthly and quarterly) reviews of pipeline activity, sales performance, and gross profit achievements.

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the face of Kalon Capital to key clients, maintaining and strengthening strategic partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for value creation.

Maintain CRM:
Conduct prospecting through Kalon Capital CRM to ensure robust data capture and reporting are maintained.
