Location: Riverside, CA | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary Range: $88,601.00– $200,000 per year

Cullen Family Law Group is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Family Law Attorney to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, and adoption
• Draft and file pleadings, declarations, discovery, and legal motions
• Attend and advocate at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support client strategy
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements where appropriate

What We're Looking For:

• Active license to practice law in California (Required)
• Family law experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage emotionally intense cases with professionalism and compassion
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Interest in long-term growth within a collaborative legal team
