Dental Assistant Lead 5+ yrs experience

Lead Dental assistant needed for multi-specialty solo dental practice ( Prosthodontics, Implants, Oral surgery, Periodontics, Cosmetics) with minimum 4 years experience as a dental assistant. Must be proficient with the following: Dentrix paperless charting. Xray certified in Arizona. Can pack cord and make temporary crowns. Bleaching trays, mouth guards. Adjust crowns, dentures, partials. Itero Digital scans, surgical implant procedure. Photography is a plus. Digital savvy. • Assist the dentist during various procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
• Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
• Perform X-rays and manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain dental equipment and ensure the office is organized and prepared for daily operations.
• Support the team in Implant surgery & full mouth restoration and other specialties as needed.
• Digital scanners and photography
• OSHA maintenance and compliance

Experience:

• Lead dental assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cosmetic/ Implant Dental assisting: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Arizona X-Ray Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Gilbert, AZ 85296: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
