Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in our Compounding Department. As a Cleaning Technician in Pharmaceutical Compounding, the individual filling this role will be responsible for following directions and be able to work inde­pendently in cleaning activities in the manufacture of pharmaceutical and nutritional products. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas in compounding areas of production.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning processes.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or production role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
