Duties

• Assist in conducting research and gathering data to support client projects and strategic planning efforts
• Support management consulting teams by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to change management initiatives by helping develop communication plans and training materials
• Participate in project management activities, including scheduling, tracking progress, and preparing documentation
• Help facilitate workshops and meetings focused on process improvement and organizational change
• Conduct business analysis by evaluating workflows, systems, and operational procedures to recommend enhancements
• Collaborate with team members on business development activities to identify new opportunities and support client engagement efforts

Experience

• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Basic understanding of change management principles and strategic planning processes
• Previous exposure to management consulting or business analysis is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly
• Demonstrated interest in business consulting, process improvement, or project management through coursework or internships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
• Research skills that enable thorough investigation of industry trends and best practices
